Global Pay Solutions, Inc. announced today
that it has completed its acquisition of Distributed Power, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: DPWI). The new company will be called Global Pay Solutions,
Inc. and the companies core business will be in the Stored Value products
vertical. The New Company will promote and sell its proprietary Stored
Value product line in the United States, South America, Asia and the
Pacific Rim.
Global Pay Solutions has completed its name change with the State of
Delaware and has filed for a new stock symbol and CUSIP number.
Global Pay Solutions Inc. will maintain its headquarters in San Diego, Ca.
Field offices will also be added in Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia.

To help meet the global demand
for technology trained university graduates, The Symbio Group
(www.symbio-group.com) today announced that it has signed groundbreaking
agreements with the China Weihai Municipal Government, the Harbin Institute
of Technology (HIT) at Weihai, and Shandong University at Weihai, to
establish two first-of-a-kind university-level software engineering
institutes in Weihai, China.

of China, said that this will be the first time a software company or
technology outsourcing company has established a full
four-year undergraduate software engineering school in China.
