MyPrint Corporation today announced that Vincent
Randazzo has joined the organization as Vice President of Strategic
Sourcing.
Randazzo brings to the organization more than 20 years of print production,
quality assurance, accounting and senior management experience. A former
veteran of I.L. Walker and Ivy Hill, he has senior management experience in
sales, production, operations, purchasing and accounting.
Randazzo formerly served as President of ZAP Packaging, Inc., a $15 million
print and packaging company based in Brea, Calif., and earned degrees in
Business and Accounting from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX: PAE)
(TSX: PAE), has entered into a video label/distribution agreement with
MarVista Entertainment to distribute MarVista's upcoming home entertainment
titles to the Canadian marketplace. That announcement was made today by

Arcom Inc, wholly owned by Eurotech, has announced that it has been awarded an $880,000 design and build contract from Sandia National Labs for a wearable tracking device. The contract includes design engineering and an initial delivery of 800 "Tracker" units. Arcom's engineers have been working with Loren Riblett, Principal Member of the Technical Staff and his team at Sandia Labs to determine the features and packaging of this highly versatile tracking device. The "Tracker" will provide accurate tracking and communications capabilities for individuals in a myriad of military, security, and government applications. The design will include many of the latest portable device features such as mesh networking, Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi technology.
